Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Package Engineer located in London. The Package Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving packaging for various products, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing packaging materials and designs, overseeing production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in packaging design and development, including knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Skills in project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • Strong understanding of sustainability practices and compliance with environmental regulations
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
