What You’ll Do Support programme governance and ensure compliance with PMO standards. Maintain RAIDD logs and assist with risk and issue management. Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture key decisions. Prepare accurate reports and documentation for senior stakeholders. Track resource allocation and maintain programme documentation. Provide administrative and analytical support to Programme Managers and PMO. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—able to work collaboratively and independently. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
