At EdEx we are working alongside a reputable Primary School based in Newham who are currently looking for driven and hardworking graduates to join their team as an Unqualified Behaviour Mentor.
As an Unqualified Behaviour Mentor, you will be presented with a first-class experience at the school, working alongside onsite Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers, and the wider SENCO to evaluate and implement action plans for pupils. You will be working alongside pupils both inside and outside the classroom to provide dedicated support to encourage both behavioural and educational growth.
This role is ideally looking for graduates who aspire to progress into a career in Youth Support, Therapy, and Psychology.

Job Description:
Unqualified Behaviour Mentor
Working alongside varying SEMH / SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, S&L etc)
Providing support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Analyse pupil behaviour while creating and implementing improvement plans
Leading 1:1 and group interventions with pupils
Full academic year - Full-time position - Term time only
£105 - £110 per day
Based within Newham
