Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Healthcare Consultant to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This is a full-time remote role with a favourable salary and the opportunity to explore flexible working arrangements.
Our Healthcare Consultants work as part of the GB&I Consulting Team and in partnership with Sales, Operations and global consulting colleagues to plan, sell and deliver Productivity and Clinical Strategy programmes for our healthcare customers. The majority of our consultancy work is as part of longterm value partnerships; however the team also provide standalone consulting to our priority customers.
Your Role:
* Support the Principal Consultants in designing multi-stranded change programmes (typically one year+) to support healthcare customers to address elective waits, manage acute demand, improve patient care, close workforce gaps and improve productivity
* Provide day-to-day assignment management on behalf of the lead Principal Consultant to deliver consulting assignments on time and within budget as part of our new standard consulting model
* You will direct the day-to-day management and delivery of high-quality consulting assignments with our customers as part of our wider technology and equipment offerings as Siemens Healthineers. You will do this based on a track record of delivering successful productivity and quality improvements for acute and private healthcare customers
Your Expertise:
* Experience providing expert consulting to customers in productivity and clinical strategy
* Experience using data insights, a well-developed transformation toolkit, extensive commercial healthcare consulting experience and meaningful staff engagement to design solutions to improve service delivery where Radiology plays a key role
* Healthcare management or clinical experience within an NHS acute trust
* Project management qualification (e.g. Agile, Prince2)
* Experience managing the inputs of Analytics and Modelling colleagues and Healthcare Consultants on assignments
