Teaching Personnel are working closely with an SEN Provision in Northumberland which is looking to employ a ‘Behaviour Buddy’ on a long-term basis.
The ideal candidate will:
Be experienced in positive behaviour management techniques.
Have Experience working alongside children with SEMH in a personal or professional setting.
Be able to work confidently in a 1:1 setting.
Have a valid child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
Have experience with young adult or childcare support work.
Drives or has a reliable commute to Morpeth / Blyth
What Teaching Personnel offer:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
