(5ef9a) A young lady in the Blyth area has a diagnosis of complex epilepsy and is looking to recruit an enabler to support her to access new places of interest in her local community.

The family are looking for carers who are understanding and that it will be necessary to take a person-centred approach to all activities this young lady chooses to engage in and gaining her trust is a priority. The young lady enjoys ice skating, visiting new places, music, dancing, drama and acting groups, spending time with family and friends. As well as some alone time. She also loves going out clothes shopping

To support this young lady to promote independence and to access places of interest in her local community.
While Acting as a 'support buddy', encouraging her interests while taken a person-centered approach, and to support with personal care, if and when required.

Rate of Pay: £13.09 per hour

Hours of work: 8hr a week
over 2 Days a week one day through the week and one day at the weekend.
