We’re looking for an inspiring and strategic Head of Neighbourhood to join PA Housing. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll drive service excellence, champion resident experience, and lead a high-performing team delivering core neighbourhood and customer engagement services. What you’ll be doing Lead our Neighbourhood and Customer Engagement services, ensuring excellent performance and resident satisfaction Champion a customer-first culture and take a hands-on approach to understanding the resident journey Build strong partnerships with local authorities, police, community groups, and support providers Drive operational performance through data-led improvement and root cause analysis Shape and influence PA’s corporate and resident plans, contributing strategic insight from the frontline Represent PA Housing at key forums, partnerships, and local authority meetings Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional services Challenge existing approaches, drive innovation, and embed continuous improvement Promote resident involvement and support community-led activities and events What we’re looking for You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have senior-level experience in housing, community engagement, or a similar field Are a confident leader who inspires others and builds collaborative, high-performing teams Understand housing legislation, regulatory standards, and what excellent neighbourhood services look like Are analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes Can build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Communicate clearly and persuasively, adapting your style for different audiences Are creative, solution-focused, and happy to challenge the norm to improve services Bring strong organisational, problem-solving, and financial management skills Are passionate about delivering services that reflect respect, integrity , and accountability If specific qualifications are required, please upload them with your application to demonstrate your eligibility. This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing. Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action , if any, have you have taken since your conviction.
