Gulf Central Merchant Bank (GCMB) is seeking an experienced **Fixed Income Execution Trader** to join our London-based team at GCA Asset Management. This critical role involves executing orders on behalf of private clients as well as for our internal portfolio managers. **Key Responsibilities:**


- Execute fixed income trades across a range of instruments on behalf of private clients and internal portfolio managers.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of orders, while managing risk and optimising performance.

- Provide market insights and collaborate closely with internal portfolio managers to support investment strategies.

- Monitor markets and identify trading opportunities in alignment with client and portfolio objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient trade execution.

- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain compliance with all relevant trading protocols.

**Ideal Candidate:**


- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income trading or sales, with a proven track record in execution.

- Strong understanding of fixed income markets and products.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with clients and market participants.

- A detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong compliance mindset, ensuring all trades are executed in line with regulatory standards.
