Key Responsibilities:

  • Sponsor Licence Applications: Guiding clients through the intricate process of applying for a sponsor licence to employ migrant workers. Providing comprehensive advice to businesses on the numerous obligations associated with sponsoring migrant workers.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that corporate entities and structures remain compliant with the transient nature of the UK Immigration Rules. Offering bespoke right to work advice and training for clients employing individuals in the UK.
  • Advisory Services: Delivering expert advice on the complexities of UK immigration laws, helping clients navigate changes and stay compliant.
  • Representation: Representing commercial clients in challenging unlawful civil penalties and invalid sponsor licence suspensions issued by the Home Office.

Key Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Immigration Law.
  • Proven expertise in business immigration, including sponsor licence applications and compliance.
  • Strong ability to provide tailored right to work advice and training.
  • Experience in representing commercial clients in challenging Home Office decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
