Position Overview The Product Survey Specialist is responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on automotive products, competitive models, and market trends in the UK and European markets. This role will support the product planning and marketing teams by providing actionable insights and data to guide product positioning, specification decisions, and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct product benchmarking and competitor analysis across the UK and European automotive markets. Collect, organize, and analyze vehicle specification, pricing, and feature data. Support the development of product positioning and differentiation strategies. Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback through online and offline channels. Assist in preparing product reports, presentations, and recommendations for HQ. Collaborate with HQ product teams to ensure local market insights are incorporated into global planning. Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and consumer behavior changes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in product research, market analysis, or competitive intelligence — ideally in the automotive sector. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization tools). Good understanding of automotive product structures, trims, and features. Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information. Passion for the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends.
