Main Responsibilities:n· To manage the implementation process including analysis, configuration, data migration, workshops, Training and go live support for Eque2 Enterprise projects.n· To produce analysis reports and all project documentation within the defined implementation delivery process.n· To check the quality of the customer supplied data as part of data migration work.n· To deliver product training courses and documentation.n· To specify any required system changes.n· To test software system changes/customisations.n· To help manage the transfer of the system to support and produce the required documentation.n· To provide advice and guidance to the customers as required.n· To provide additional consultancy services as required.n· To liaise with customers to ensure the successful implementation of the project.n· Ensure that customer expectations are managednQualifications:n·
Finance/Accountancy qualificationsn·
Sound IT backgroundn·
Driving LicencenExperience / Skills / Knowledge:n·
MS Office – intermediate/advanced Exceln·
Knowledge of Finance and accounting within Construction and related Industriesn·
Experience with Large software project implementationsn·
IT experiencen·
Good communicator up to Director level in large business.n·
Familiar with software development life cyclen·
Ability to maintain calm under pressuren·
Ability to build effective working relationshipsn·
Previous experience of having worked within a Professional Services Environmentn·
Experience of having managed client relationshipsn·
Experience of project deliveryn·
Experience with software implementation and business change methodologiesn·
Ability to travel to any customer sites in the UKn·
Some knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (NAV) would be an advantagen·
Knowledge of IT hardware & software, data migration ,network configuration (LAN & WAN), VBA & VBS
scripting, SQL Server would be advantageous.n·
Some experience of using Rapidstart would be of benefit
