Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Engineer- HVAC to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Multi Skilled Engineer- HVAC who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Multi Skilled Engineer- HVAC, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Multi Skilled Engineer- HVAC, will be responsible for:
- Ensuring a high quality service.
- Managing workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule.
- Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time.
- Understanding and comply with policies and procedures
- Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.
- Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Attending and participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
- Undertaking additional duties in line with capabilities as required.
- Self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled Engineer- HVAC role you must have:
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM
- Challenging and inquisitive mind set.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
