Wir sind Teil einer wachsenden Branche und aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir nun eine/n Customer Success Manager/in, wer unser Account-Management Team verstärkt. Unser Customer Success Team spielt eine entscheidende Rolle in Trustpilots Verpflichtung, Vertrauen und Transparenz zwischen Verbrauchern und Unternehmen weltweit aufzubauen. Das Team ist für die Kundenreise nach dem Verkauf verantwortlich und stellt sicher, dass die Kunden zufrieden sind und den maximalen Wert aus Trustpilot ziehen.

In dieser Rolle bist du für die Kundenbindung unserer DACH-basierten Kunden verantwortlich. Du wirst als vertrauenswürdiger Berater/in agieren, langfristige Beziehungen und Erfolgspläne für Kunden entwickeln und sicherstellen, dass der maximale Wert aus den Produkten von Trustpilot abgeleitet wird.

Was Du tun wist:

  • Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen, welche die Gesamtzufriedenheit der Kunden mit Trustpilot-Produkten sicherstellt, um deren Marke zu stärken und Vertragsverlängerung zu gewährleisten.
  • Du sorgst für eine erstklassige Kundenzufriedenheit, indem Geschäftsziele, Key Performance Indicators verstanden werden und sichergestellt wird, dass Trustpilot diese erfüllt.
  • Präsentation von Best-Practice-Beispielen, die den Return on Investment (ROI) fördern.
  • Sicherstellen, dass Trustpilot zum wertsteigernden Partner in ausgewählten Kundenkonten wird.
  • Als vertrauenswürdiger Berater/in agieren, Kundenbedürfnisse gegenüber internen Support-, Produkt-, IT - und Vertriebsteams von Trustpilot vertreten.
  • Trustpilot-Produkte erfolgreich verkaufen und neue Umsatzmöglichkeiten entdecken.
  • Erhöhung der Verlängerungsraten und Verringerung der Abwanderung.
  • Market mapping innerhalb verschiedener Kunden, um Cross-Selling in andere Bereiche des Geschäfts zu ermöglichen.
  • Einfluss auf den zukünftigen Kundenwert durch höhere Produktadoption und Kundenzufriedenheit nehmen.
  • Kunden erfolgreich einführen und sicherstellen, dass die Kunden ihr kostenpflichtiges Abonnement vollständig nutzen.

Wer bist Du: 

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch 
  • Erfahrung im Management eines großen Portfolios von Mittelgroß - und Großunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf einer hohen Verlängerungs- und Retentionsrate.
  • Kontinuierlicher Erfolgsnachweis beim Erreichen von Zielen in einer ähnlichen Position innerhalb der letzten Jahre.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung von Abonnements basierenden, erneuerbaren Lizenzmodellen.
  • Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu verschiedenen Interessengruppen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, neue Umsatzmöglichkeiten zu erschließen.
  • Solide Fähigkeit, schwierige Gespräche auf professionelle und lösungsorientierte Weise zu führen.
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf in einem wettbewerbsintensiven Umfeld.
