The role offers leadership and improvement opportunities alongside an opportunity to continue building out an ever-growing team.

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:nInstallation and Setup: Install and configure point of sale hardware and software systems at customer locations, ensuring they are properly integrated with existing infrastructure.nMaintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and make necessary repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.nTraining and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and employees on how to use and troubleshoot the point-of-sale systems effectively.nTechnical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in point-of-sale technology and remain proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.nDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, inventory, and equipment status, and provide timely reports to the service team and management.nCustomer Relations: Foster positive customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
