As an Exam Invigilator, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the fairness and integrity of our exams. But that's just the beginning of what promises to be a thrilling role. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Exam Supervision: Overseeing exam sessions to ensure they run smoothly and according to established protocols, providing a supportive environment for candidates.
Language Support: Offering assistance and guidance to Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring they fully understand the exam procedures and any instructions given.
Security and Confidentiality: Maintaining the security and confidentiality of exam materials at all times, adhering to strict guidelines to safeguard the integrity of the exams.
Effective Communication: Liaising with examiners and coordinators to facilitate the smooth running of exams, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Problem-solving: Addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during exams promptly and effectively, using your initiative to find solutions while maintaining professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking candidates.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, to accommodate exam schedules.
Previous experience in exam invigilation or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
