Exam Invigilator

i-teachers are currently working with exceptional secondary schools across London who are looking to appoint a team of Exam Invigilators to support them throughout the busy exam period.

Please note that due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required to work in different locations on a short-term basis. You could find yourself working in one school for whole exam period or work across multiple schools in a borough. Hourly or day rates will be provided depending on the school. Full training will be provided.
Exam Invigilator -- responsibilities

Supporting the Exams team with the day to day running of the exams
Setting up the room before
Reporting of incidents to the Exams Officer
Ensuring the exams run in a timely manner
Supervising KS3 -- KS5 students throughout their exams
Collecting exam papers
Tidying the exam rooms after
Ensuring students are sat in the correct seats

Exam Invigilator -- requirements

UK RTW
Strong academic background e.g degree
Must be reliable
Enhanced DBS on the update service
Must have excellent organisation skills
Be available from April 2024 -- June 2024
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Confident personality -- the ability to address large groups of pupils is essential
