The RolenTo support the running of the new factory by resolving breakdowns, delivering maintenance and driving improvements across the site and site services in terms of new machinery, hygiene, quality, and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesnCarry out all maintenance across site services and site facilities.nAttend to breakdowns onsite ensuring and reduce downtime of site plant and machinerynCarry out repairs to plant and equipment during productionnCarry out PPM onsitenCarry out daily checks on all site servicesnCore facility and utilities services such as steam boilers and associated pipework, air compressors, water treatment system, CIP room checks, effluent plant, ammonia plant room and other refrigeration systems, water softeners, water pumps to ensure compliance and optimum availabilitynDeliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPI’s through planned, preventative & predictive maintenance and improve OEEnMaintaining tools and equipmentnMake sure all chemical and bacterial checks/tests of cooling tower water are taking place as per internal schedule
You:
Minimum of 3 years engineering experience.nMulti-skilled with formal engineering qualification to NVQ Level 3 or higher, in an electrical and or mechanical subject and / or Nationally recognised apprenticeship in an engineering disciplinen· Possess 17th or 18th Edition Certification.nProven experience of working within the food industrynPossess Steam utilization and boiler house training certificationnHealth and Safety/Basic Food Hygiene trainednExperience in managing contractors on-sitenHave a proactive approach to fault finding, a commitment to continuous improvementnComputer literate and a working knowledge of MS Office and a PPM systemnAbility to understand electrical and mechanical drawings/manuals
