Job Summary:nWork closely with the Business Analyst to understand and develop the technical solution as detailed in user stories.nAdhere to company delivery processes and attend meetings where required.nAct in a professional manner at all times and escalate to senior management when necessary.nUnderstand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.

Duties/Responsibilities:nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.nDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on business needs.nCustomise ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI pages, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jelly.nConfigure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery and integration with third-party data sources.nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor system performance and usage.nPerform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with best practices.nConduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow configurations and customisations to ensure system stability and reliability.nProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and administrators as needed.nDocument technical designs, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.nStay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and user experience.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to facilitate project coordination and delivery.nProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ServiceNow platform to optimize business workflows and increase efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities:nTo be considered you MUST have a minimum of three years ServiceNow development experience. Experience in any of the following ServiceNow modules will be highly favourable:nDiscovery.nService Mapping.nEvent Management.nCloud Management.nITSM.nNotify.nPerformance Analytics.nAppDynamics implementation experience.

Working pattern:nThis is a client facing role requiring direct interaction with client representatives (sponsors, stakeholders, managers and executives and process owners) as well internal delivery teams.nWorking hours will match client business hours in our Regional offices. There is consideration for some flexibility in working once relationships and project processes have been embedded.
