Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Wigan for a Therapeutic Support Worker. The Therapeutic Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to children and young people, implementing therapeutic models, promoting interpersonal skills, and ensuring safeguarding measures are in place. The role also involves providing communication and technical support as needed.
Qualifications
Experience as a Support Worker
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safeguarding principles
Excellent communication skills

Experience in the care sector is a plus
Diploma or degree in a relevant field is beneficial
