Other aspects of the role include;
* Leading a team of 5, providing training and support.
* Responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping operations.
* Coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Be the point of escalation.
The ideal candidate
* Proven track record of success in a Shipping /Import/Export role, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
* Solid understanding of customs rules and regulations
* IT literate (you will be using multiple systems)
