We are currently searching for Wholesale Operations Administratorto join the team.

As ourWholesale Operations Administrator you will support thedepartment in the daytoday management of the order process from end to end for partners across all global territories. You will alsocoordinate the movement and inventory of all wholesale samples within Belstaffs ERP system (Netsuite) ensuring sample sets are shipped in a timely manner and returned by partners/agents/showrooms to agreed locations at the end of each season. You must be able to demonstrate an affinity with managing administrative processes and fostering successful working relationships with both internal and external partners.Ideally you will join us with some knowledge and experience of the luxury wholesale process and a desire to progress your career within this area of the business.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Downloading and sending sales order confirmations
  • Processing invoices return authorisations and credits
  • Managing wholesale sample movements
  • Managing order and returns tracker and ensuring they are up to date with all relevant information
  • Keeping customer information up to date within the system

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Ideally professional experience of the Microsoft Suite
  • Similar experience in wholesale order administration
  • Knowledge in sample movements
  • Excellent attention to details
