Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the aerospace industry? Our client, a leader in the field, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Stores & Global Trade Administrator. As the Stores & Global Trade Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the safe and efficient operation of the stores function, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standards.
Summary:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with potential to be extended
Location: Shirley, B70
Pay Rate: £15.59 per hour
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8 - 16.45 Fri 8 -12 Duties Include:
Load and unload goods, including indirect materials.
Receive goods inwards, checking and inspecting their quantity, type, and quality.
Pick and pack orders
Maintain the availability of correct packaging material for product assembly.
Pack and despatch items to external customers with accurate documentation.
Ensure accuracy of parts data in the stores and maintain records using IT systems, such as SAP.
Assist with logistics related to calibration, including database updates.Requirements:
Proficiency in using IT, particularly Stock Control systems.
Excellent customer focus and communication skills.
Attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
Flexibility to perform a variety of duties within the Stores function.
