This executive role will lead the strategy and execution for internal data platforms, tools, and capabilities, enabling innovation, scalability, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation. You will oversee a team of 15+ Product Managers and Directors, collaborating with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build a secure, modern, and trusted data ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes and accelerates innovation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear company-wide data product strategy aligned with long-term business goals. Roadmap Ownership: Deliver a unified roadmap across internal data platforms, governance, experimentation, and enablement - focused on tangible business impact. Platform Scaling: Ensure internal data infrastructure evolves to meet user needs, enhances delivery velocity, and supports AI-driven initiatives. Federated Data Culture: Establish standards, tools, and best practices that empower teams to produce and consume high-quality, trusted data. Product Execution: Partner with engineering, analytics, and data science to prioritise effectively, deliver at pace, and maximise return on investment. About You Proven Strategic Leader: Demonstrated success leading large product teams (10+ PMs) and delivering outcomes at scale. Technically Fluent: Strong grasp of modern data architectures (data mesh, streaming platforms, semantic layers) and the ability to partner credibly with technical teams. Commercially Astute: Skilled at translating complex technical initiatives into executive-level priorities with clear business value. Governance-Minded: Experienced in privacy, consent, and compliance, embedding these principles into platform and product design. AI-Focused: Passionate about emerging AI technologies, balancing innovation with responsible, ethical deployment.
