Acting as they key interface between the customers and the organisation, helping people settle into their new homes.
Ensuring the maintenance of the site is of a high standard, undertaking day to day tasks and supporting health and safety.
Carrying out daily / weekly checks, ensuring the building, communal areas, gardens and grounds are maintained - reporting any issues to the property manager.The successful Assistant Facilities Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
Experience in a facilities / property management role.
Strong customer service / communication skills.
Ability to resolve complaints in a calm and professional manner.
