About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our team in September 2024. This full-time, long-term role has become available due to an expansion in our school, reflecting our growing community and the need to support our increasing student numbers.
As a KS2 Teacher, you will lead a class of eager and enthusiastic students, typically with 25-30 pupils. You’ll be responsible for delivering our creatively linked curriculum, ensuring that students not only meet but exceed their academic targets in a supportive and engaging environment.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in Key Stage 2.
• A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain high standards of behavior.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Creating a stimulating and positive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
• Differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs of students, including those with SEN.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum content and teaching strategies.
