About the school:
With approximately 450 pupils in our two-form entry school, we pride ourselves on fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home for our students and staff alike. Our school boasts an extensive and well-maintained site, complete with state-of-the-art facilities. From well-resourced classrooms to fully stocked libraries and resource areas, our infrastructure is designed to support and enhance learning. Two large halls, two dining areas, and two dedicated music pods ensure that all aspects of our students’ development are catered to. Outside, our expansive playing fields and playgrounds are integral to our Forest School ethos, allowing students to learn and grow through interaction with nature. Additionally, our commitment to integrating technology into the curriculum is reflected in our use of laptops and Chromebooks, which are incorporated into learning activities.
About the role:

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to KS2 students.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities.
