Import Export Coordinator – Package Overview:
* Circa £27,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, negotiable
* Full-time permanent
* Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Company Overview – Import Export Coordinator
Our client is a privately-owned Freight Forwarder based in Rainham. They provide a Multi modal end to end service. They specialise in a range of industries.

Import Export Coordinator – Roles and Responsibilities:
* Start to finish process.
* Receiving Pre-Alerts from Overseas Partners
* Booking jobs to our internal System Liaising with clients to collect any required documents.
* Preparing documents for customs clearance
* Arranging Deliveries
* Invoicing
Import Export Coordinator – Skills and Experience
* The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an operations dept, have excellent customer service skills.
* Knowledge of the CDS system and to be able to process customs entries is an advantage.
* A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
* Must have knowledge of how collections and distributions work within the UK
