EA / Coordinator - EntertainmentnTempnASAP Start

The role:n● Managing complex calendars for 2 Heads of events, including scheduling meetings, internallynand externally with multiple parties across various time zones.n● Coordinating leaders business travel, both domestically and internationally.n● Reconciling expenses for leadersn● Assisting in preparing and maintaining meetings, presentations, orgncharts, and materials for new starters, etc.n● Organising team events, including annual offsite, training sessions, team occasionalndinners or activities.n● Team coordination/adminn● Occasional onsite support at events when required.

You:n● Minimum 5 years of experience working as an executive assistant or team coordinatornsupporting at Director level or above.n● Experience of the entertainment/events industry is preferred.n● Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and with effective time managementnskills to support a large, busy team.n● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask.n● Flexible and proactive team player, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentn● Solutions-oriented with a calm demeanourn● Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality at all times.n● A proactive and positive thinker.n● ‘Must understand functionality on spreadsheets and uses Google suitenapps already in their day to day work.
