Development Technician
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Development Technician based at a leading chemical manufacturer based in West Yorkshire. As Development Technician you will be responsible for assisting the development of formulations. You will also be responsible for testing raw materials and screening them from suppliers.
To be considered for this Development Technician position you will be degree educated in Chemistry or a relevant scientific field. You will also need to have experience in laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce reports on materials testing and projects,
Assist in QC batches when required.
Test raw materials in existing formulations.
Assist development of new formulations.
Ensure health and safety is adhered to across the laboratory.
Knowledge/Experience:
Degree in Chemistry or another scientific field.
Knowledge of technical writing and regulations is desired.
Experience in laboratory environments is required.
Strong work ethic.
