About the Role

As the second hire for our growing IT brand, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the tech market. You’ll work closely with an experienced team member, sharing expertise, clients, and market knowledge, while also helping to build a foundation for future trainees. This role is all about growth and opportunity—ideal for a consultant who’s looking to level up in a supportive, high-energy environment.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced IT Recruiter : Minimum of 1 year in IT
  • Local Market Knowledge : Ideally, you’re based in Newport or nearby in Cardiff/Bristol, and have connections in the local tech scene.
  • Client and Market Expertise : Understanding of tech recruitment, with a client network you’re ready to leverage and expand.
  • Driven and Growth-Oriented : This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up. We’re looking for someone excited about growth, who’s motivated by success, and wants to make a difference.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and Grow the IT Brand : Help us establish a strong presence in the IT recruitment market by building client relationships and sourcing top tech talent.
  • Collaborate and Innovate : Work closely with our team to identify new strategies, markets, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support Future Trainees : You’ll play an instrumental role in building a foundation for future team members, sharing your expertise and guiding them to success.
