An exclusive client based in Gillingham is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their team who has a real way with people and motivating staff. The Team Leader will come from a call centre environment with a real focus around KPI management and report writing to reach customer satisfaction.
Duties of the Team Leader:
- Manage and motivate a team of 15 individuals ensuring they are hitting KPI's and targets for customer satisfaction.
- Complete by weekly 1-2-1's with team members to celebrate successes and improve areas.
- Handle all escalations and solving complaints from customers via phone, email or webchat.
- Acting as part of the recruitment process when recruiting for your team and handling probationary periods.
- Working alongside the other team members and reporting to the manager regarding reports and trends.
- Continuously look for different ways to improve customer satisfaction and overall KPI management.
- Completing morning team meetings and meetings with higher management.
Requirements for the Team Leader:
- Come from a call centre environment managing a team.
- Managed a remote team when required.
- A real people person and follows processes.
- People based management and improving efficiency.
- Managed a team with KPI's regarding call times, call satisfaction and numbers etc.
- At least 2 years as a team leader.
- Handled escalations and solves complaints.
- Quick learner to understand their industry and not afraid to try new things.
