iDirect have a new and exciting opportunity with the role of Locality Manager. The Locality Manager will support the Registered Operations Managers to ensure processes and systems are maintained and developed. The role will be incredibly varied as the locality manager will have full operational oversight, of each package of care, as well as direct line management of the team managers.
We are looking for a solution focused, dynamic and passionate individual to take on the role of Locality Manager to oversee and support our teams working across Wilshire & East Dorset.
What we are looking for in the right candidates:
* A good understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* To show genuine passion for improving the lives of the people we support.
* To be able to develop good working relationships with the people we support, colleagues, families and professional teams.
* At least two years of support experience, ideally in a community setting.
* At least two years of experience managing/ leading
* Previous experience of implementing systems and processes
* Effective communication
* The ability to multitask
* Resilient and can work well under pressure
* Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
* To be able to be on call as part of a rotation
* Car owner/ driver
* Minimum NVQ/ Diploma level 3 and willing to work toward the level 5
* Be an efficient in their own time management and time management of the team
