My client, a membership organisation formedical and healthcare is currently recruiting for a MembershipAdministrator.

The Role of the Membership Administrator

This is a key administration role, working across theorganisation with the Managing Director, all Managers, committees,corporate members, members and potential members.

The primaryresponsibility of the membership administrator is to oversee allaspects of membership, support the growth, engagement, retention,analysis and satisfaction of their membership base.

PersonSpecification

Skills & Requirements:

Experience of the needs of a professional membership servicesorganisation, ideally within a private sector facing organisation.

Experience of working in a membership role and experience ofmembership database management software.

Has stronginterpersonal skills needed to build trust amongst externalstakeholders, colleagues and members at all levels and an analyticalmind.

Is a ‘team-player’ and enjoys working in partnership withcolleagues.

Strong organisational skills and ability toprioritise tasks effectively, whilst working to strict deadlines.

Experience of using email campaign software, web CMS and socialmedia platforms.

IT Skills, MS Office, setting up / usingonline meeting facilities, such as MS Teams, Zoom.
