Head of Finance, £70,000 FTE (part-time – 25 hours), Bournemouth

PurposenAs Head of Finance for a

leading renewable energy SME , you'll report directly into the Finance Director and play a pivotal role in

managing and supporting

the day to day activities of the finance team, to ensure the timely and accurate

production of MI

across the business. Also in your role as

Head of Finance

you'll also support on a range of

continuous improvement

projects and initiatives.

ResponsibilitiesnAs the

Head of Finance

your responsibilities will include:nPreparation of

monthly MI pack

including financial scheduled and KPIsnDeveloping the monthly

cashflow

forecast modelnBudgetary

variance analysisnWorking in close collaboration with department heads to prepare

capex investment proposalsnAnnual

budget preparation

and management of

annual auditnProject managing of

digital transformation projects

BackgroundnHead of Finance

skills required:nACCA

or

CIMA

fully qualifiednAdvanced

Excel

knowledgenDemonstrable experience of

leading and mentoring teamsnKnowledge of working in a business with

multiple

and

varied revenue streamsnNatural ability work in an

SME

where priorities can often change
