Comprehensive Management: Lead the senior management team with a holistic approach, fostering corporate responsibility and promoting best practices company-wide.
# Project Excellence: Oversee projects to control costs, maximize revenue, and build client relationships. Strategic Planning: Set the stage for success by identifying critical path issues, ensuring efficient logistics, and maintaining information flow.
# Program Management: Create and manage build programs, emphasizing adherence to timelines and procurement schedules.
# Prioritize health and safety, support sustainability initiatives, and oversee thorough project handovers, addressing client concerns before leaving the site.
Demonstrable knowledge/experience of the successful delivery of either Residential/Commercial Mixed-Use building projects of £100 million plus.
Key understanding of programme and the importance of sequence within the Residential/ Commercial Mixed-Use sector.
Good understand of Design & Build projects and associated contracts.
