Who We Are: We are Batch LDN. A made-to-order clothing brand rewriting the way we consume fashion. Our collections are exclusively manufactured using our ‘Batch Model’. A handmade-to-order method that produces only what’s necessary. It’s a simple premise, if you only make exactly what you need, you cut out all of the waste and overproduction. A slower, more conscious method of manufacture. As we don’t have to account for the normal fashion mark-up - it allows us to sell high end luxury pieces, at prices you can justify. Our garments are designed with versatility at the core, being as easy to dress up as they are to dress down. Solving the “what to wear when you want to look good conundrum”. Think of Batch LDN as the backbone of your wardrobe. The forever favourites. Luxurious, versatile pieces that are fitting for all the big occasions in life. Our Unique Proposition: Batch LDN is on the look for a Client Advisor to work in tandem with the co-founders. We’re hunting for the right person to recruit into our inner circle, who will add value from day one, but also be part of our long term vision to become the go-to made-to-order brand in the world. The exact specifics around remuneration will depend on the candidate's level of experience and suitability for the role and our team. Industry experience will be a strong consideration, but not the deciding factor. We are hiring based on potential, ambition and cultural fit. We’re currently operating from a flagship store in Seven Dials, Covent Garden. It’s the heart of the business with a cafe, bar, live dj set up, bespoke private fitting rooms, etc. We run a busy shop, collaborate with a lot of brands, have jam packed events schedules and have a thriving community of customers and influencers that regularly visit. The store is our foundation to build Batch LDN as a brand - you will be at the core of the action. There is lots of room for growth in this role and we’re looking for a candidate that also has high growth potential to develop into further roles. You will be at the forefront of supporting the founders in building out and strategising our ambitious retail expansion strategy. We’re energetic, flexible, highly ambitious and super excited to hear from you. As we’re a small team growing quite quickly, the job will be very hands on, fast paced, varied and intense. Please email JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll lead the front-line team at our Covent Garden flagship store, welcoming clients and guiding the in-store experience. Hitting sales targets KPIs. Oversee Client Management & Data capture - you’ll build and nurture relationships with our male-client community, drawing on your existing book (and growing it further), ensuring each visit feels personal and curated. You’ll also manage customers post purchase. Shopping Journey - advising on product choices, offering style inspiration, upselling and cross-selling in line with our commercial targets, Stock Lifecycle -: from receiving and unpacking, through display refreshes, visual-merchandising upkeep and replenishment. Including proactively looking for new stockist & partner opportunities Point-of-Sale Process - handle transactions, returns and payment methods efficiently and professionally. Stay Informed - about our product range, incoming brands, promotions and store policies so you can share accurate, compelling information with our clients. Bring the Energy - You’ll create a positive, collaborative atmosphere, supporting each other to hit targets and maintain standards. Grafter - You’ll work the hours required to support the business: weekends, evenings and holiday periods included. This is a retail-first role based in-store; there is no work-from-home option. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’ll bring previous retail experience (luxury fashion experience is a strong plus). You’re client-focused and motivated by delivering outstanding service. You either have, or are keen to build fast, a strong male-client book, You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you enjoy conversing with style-aware clients, listening, advising and helping them select pieces that elevate their wardrobe. You’ll have an eye for detail and recognise how presentation, merchandising and space-feel all contribute to the client experience. You’re proactive and driven. You’re flexible and dependable: you understand retail means variable hours and you’re ready to step in when the business needs you. You’re comfortable standing for long periods, handling stock duties and using POS systems with ease and accuracy. REMUNERATION: £28k-£34k starting salary, with regular salary reviews and performance incentives including equity. You’ll be part of a small team in the early days of our retail journey, so you’ll really have the ability to make your mark, and grow within the company. You’ll receive regular Batch LDN products on us. You’ll get free coffee, snacks and drinks from our bar.
