What you will do:nAssist with content & social campaign strategies that are TikTok specific to increase growth/engagement and put these into actionnHelp to co-ordinate and produce video content based off trends and new creative conceptsnFilm and edit TikTok content on a daily basis to a high standardnTrendspotting and pinpointing pop-culture moments to incorporate into video edit style and reflect brand voicenCreate relevant and trending content that will build on our current TikTok successesnAssist with creating engaging captionsnParticipate in collecting engaging content with our community and customers, particularly during events and pop-upsnAssist with providing insights and reports using data driven results to back your social strategies to management teamsnGather Behind The Scenes content during shoot days specifically for TikTok usenAssist with organising influencer gifting and collaborations under the instruction of ManagementnInvolvement in new exciting platform ideas that align with new collection launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team e.g. Live Shopping, interactive eventsnHelp to organise content days for the TikTok platform as and when requirednWork under time constraints and to meet deadlines, with the passion and ability to work reactively to the business needs as and when these arisenWork closely with the wider creative team to ensure ideas align with campaign concepts and overall brand aesthetic

We are looking for someone who has:nA passion for social media, particularly the TikTok platformnExperience in a similar role previously would be great, but isn't a must - all we want to see is evidence of your creativity and abilities to create high-level contentnSome knowledge of video editing, colouring and planning is requirednA creative flair with a vision that has the ability to be reactive with current trendsnAn eye for great engaging content and an understanding of what our community would want to watch/our brand voice & humournAn open mind and “think-out-of-the-box” attitudenThe ability to contribute to significant growth of the Sisters & Seekers online social presencenAn approachable and fun demeanour that puts people at ease when creating contentnThe knowledge and capability to increase social engagement and growthnThe ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possiblenConfidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas furthernThe ability to work on different projects simultaneouslynStrong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
