A Bit About UsnBeavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, North London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery and mothership in Ponders End. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

The RolenFancy joining an innovative company where you’ll develop and enhance our relationships with some of our national and regional On Trade groups? In this role, you’ll have direct account responsibility for specific On Trade groups and will have accountability for our range of beers within those customers.

be responsible for everything from ideation to working with a team to launch products to market, all the way through to performance analysis. You’ll use your creative and commercial mindset in this role where you’ll collaborate with our amazing marketing, sales, planning and brewing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

DelivernLead the end-to-end customer relationship with your National and Regional customers:nBring energy and thirst to deliver successnDay to day ongoing customer support and relationship managementnLong term strategic visioning and full P&L responsibilitynFull end to end negotiation and deliverynOngoing brand and activation optimisationnAchieve monthly and annual on trade targetsnOperate within designated cost pricing corridorsnRegular cadence of reporting

ShapenExcite, engage and shape strong strategic partnerships with our key customer base via JBPs:nIncrease our share of each customer within your ledger through broadening our distribution footprint across their respective businessesnContinuously and consistently ensure that brand execution in the market is in line with our brand values and initiativesnBecome the preferred customer partner within the craft and moderation categorynPartner with your assigned customer set to deliver Out Of This World activation, driving Beavertown’s brand power scorenPositively represent Beavertown Brewery at promotions, tastings and special events

ConnectnCollaborate with the Senior National Account Manager to achieve sales and distribution goals by developing compelling commercial propositions for our customersnConnect with all key internal stakeholders to bring strategy together in tandem e.g. Trade Marketing, etc.nEnsure all customers are met at least once a month

DevelopnSeek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date of industry news and trendsnNetwork at all key trade events to grow your network and market insight learningnBe available for evening and weekend customer meeting/events

What You’ll Bring To UsnStrong negotiation principles and techniques to ensure the right commercial outcome is achievednExperience managing a leading UK On trade group is highlynProven track record in building strong customer relationshipsnStrong experience taking the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify customer and market needs and challengesnProven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated datanDemonstrated diligence and end to end follow through on all commitmentsnFirst class communication skills including presenting – easily able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisationnDemonstrated technical skills required for the preparation of professional and effective sales presentationsnTranslate market and data insight into successful actionable outcomesnBuilding strategies which deliver successful outcomesnDemonstrated ability to independently achieve performance goalsnA passion for craft beer as well as being well-connected to the craft brewing communitynStrong level of personal drive and focus on resultsnAbility to travel a minimum of 50% of working time
