Lead Project Planner

Responsibilities:nLead the planning function on major high-rise residential projects..nCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the programme is accurate and achievable.nMonitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions.nPrepare detailed progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.nOversee the planning and scheduling aspects of tender submissions.nMentor and support junior planning staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.nConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.nRequirements:nExtensive experience as a planner in high-volume residential and high-rise construction projects.nAdvanced proficiency in ASTA VisionnExperienced in Loss & Expense & EOT reporting. Detailed Construction programmes, baselines, drop lines & rescheduling. Power Bi would also be an advantagenDemonstrated ability to lead planning on large-scale projects.nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.nA relevant degree or professional qualification in construction or project management is preferred.nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
