Internal Account Manager

Major recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a market leading organisation based in the Smethwick area, who are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their successful sales team. This role is fully office based with no hybrid/ WFH options. The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and an ote is also available. OTE is £6k per annum.Duties and Tasks will include;Generate sales and increase customer growth by interacting and building relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring achievement of personal and corporate growth and profitabilityEvaluate up-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, establish on-going process and application cost saving programmes within these customers to ensure retention and satisfactionAchieve customer incremental sales targets using proven processes, proactive negotiation and deal making to exceed revenue and gross profit targets. Overcome objections to close additional business and gain commitment for long-term business relationshipsPrepare and present the previous quarters activity and progression and forecast forthcoming quarterly activityEnsure that all customers are made aware of all of the value-added propositions that the business offers to customersCandidates welcome to apply for this role must have;Must be advanced in selling skills, handling and overcoming objections, sales closing, rapport buildingIdeally 2 years+ in each roleHave proven experience of gaining new business in current roleGood administration skills and attention to detail as will be entering extensive notes onto the systemExcellent listening skills and accurate customers service needs adhered toSAP knowledge would be advantageousExcellent time management skills, planning and organisation skillsPerformance driven and results orientated with the ability to tolerate repetitive workBe adept at liaising with people on all levels and backgroundsSecure parking is availableINDLS
