Global law firm have fantastic opportunities for Legal Cashiers with a minimum of 2 years experience. You'll be a key part of the finance team and will possess all-round Legal Cashier expertise, including knowledge of VAT and Solicitors Accounts Rules/Regulations.
Legal Cashier responsibilities include:
* Office & Client bank reconciliations
* Client receipts and electronic payment preparation
* Banking of cheques
* Credit card postings and reconciliations
* Invoice processing and review
* Assisting with working capital management write-offs, disbursements and credit note requests
* Supplier invoice processing and payments
* Expense claim processing and payments
* Assisting with report preparation and distribution such as costs and residual balances
* Ensuring high volume disbursements are processed efficiently
Legal Cashier requirements;
* Minimum of 2 years' experience currently operating as a Legal Cashier
* Good working knowledge of Excel and various legal accounting software
* Flexible approach and a collaborative team player
