Zenith — the ROI Agency within Publicis Media — is seeking an exceptional Associate Network & Strategy Director available on a freelance contract and open to a fixed-term contract (FTC) to support one of our flagship global clients: Electrolux , a world-leading home appliance brand. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of a global business, shaping how strategy, governance, planning, and best-practice come together to deliver impact across Europe, APMEA, and LATAM markets. ⸻ ✨ What You’ll Do As Associate Network & Strategy Director, you will: 1. Lead Global Strategy & Operational Excellence • Embed central communications strategy, governance frameworks, and taxonomy across all regions. • Collaborate with central strategy teams to build category media strategies and guide markets in delivering consistent and effective plans. • Represent strategy & operations in key governance forums, ensuring processes, decision rights, and timelines are upheld. 2. Drive Market Adoption & Compliance • Roll out central templates, toolkits, and planning frameworks to local markets. • Monitor adoption, quality and compliance — ensuring local execution aligns with the global strategic vision. • Oversee campaign submission processes and ensure consistent planning excellence across markets of all sizes. 3. Build Strong Relationships Across Clients & Publicis Network • Act as a trusted partner to both central and local Electrolux stakeholders. • Unite strategy, planning, digital, and operational teams across the Publicis network. • Lead cross-functional workshops, working sessions, and inter-market collaboration. 4. Foster Innovation & Knowledge-Sharing • Encourage creative planning, new audience approaches, and breakthrough media ideas. • Capture best practices and insights to inspire performance and elevate market maturity. • Help shape reporting tools (QPR, PCA) to ensure they drive clear actions and learning. ⸻ About You You are a confident, positive, collaborative leader who thrives in global matrix environments.
