As Digital Marketing Manager for a leading provider of business services and workplace solutions, you will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance online presence.
In addition, you will manage the company’s corporate websites and B2C ecommerce site, executing email marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, search engine marketing and display advertising to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
* Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing and display advertising, to meet business goals.
* Management: Take charge of the development and maintenance of the company websites, ensuring optimisation for user experience and efficiency.
* Merchandising Strategies: Create and execute online merchandising strategies and promotional activities to boost traffic and sales.
* Systems Implementation: Own and continuously improve marketing automation, website, and analytics platforms to enhance campaign performance.
* Marketing: Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, including content creation, template design, and performance tracking.
* Planning: Work closely with the Marketing team to define target audiences, campaign objectives, KPIs and optimise online conversions.
* Acquisition and Retention: Drive campaigns for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones, using CRM data for personalised experiences.
* Data Management and Reporting: Utilise the CRM system for customer segmentation and data maintenance and provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B digital marketing, particularly in demand generation and marketing automation.
Proven track record in ecommerce and marketplace management.
Strong background in managing digital marketing channels like email marketing, social media, SEM, and display advertising.
Experience in email automation, content integration, lead nurturing, and web content management systems.
Proficiency in analytical tools and methodologies for evaluating campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Skills & Knowledge
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* A creative mindset with keen attention to detail and an eye for design.
* Proficient project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and experience with WordPress CMS; Elementor experience is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and analytics is advantageous.
