Join Our Team as a Dispute Controller

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Dispute Controller to join our finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for resolving issues, this role is for you.

Role Purpose:

To investigate, resolve, and prevent invoice discrepancies through effective communication, analysis, and collaboration, adhering to all quality and regulatory standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Maintaining and Updating Invoice Query Data:

    • Download and collate data from multiple sources daily.
    • Ensure data accuracy in spreadsheets and workload documents.
    • Manage email inboxes and forward emails to appropriate teams.
    • Action aged queries via alternative routes when necessary.
    • Keep dispute records accurate and up to date.
  2. Reviewing and Investigating Invoice Queries and Disputes:

    • Investigate disputes by examining financial data, records, and contracts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions.
    • Address customer inquiries with clear explanations.
    • Provide solutions to customers for effective resolution.
    • Prepare accurate information for the billing team.
  3. Providing Point of Contact with Internal Stakeholders:

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assist in query resolution.
    • Identify trends and root causes of queries, working with teams to prevent recurrences.
    • Attend meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
    • Share and propose process improvements to reduce future discrepancies.

About You Sector Experience: Familiarity with the homecare sector or heavily regulated environments. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management.
