The Sales Negotiator will be managing all aspects of the sales process, with an excellent commission structure on offer. You will be joining one of the souths leading estate agents, with training and development on offer and a genuine scope for career progression. This position will be office based.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has experience working within an estate agency however, experience in the following would also be considered: Sales, Hospitality, Retail or Recruitment. Our client also has a very good staff retention rate and you will be joining the Bognor Branch, which is a friendly and energetic office.
Sales Negotiator Position Remuneration
Up to £28,000 - DOE
Car allowance also dependant on experience

Sales Negotiator Position Requirements
Must be based within a commuting distance of Bognor Regis
Full UK driver's license
Professional manner and IT literate
Some transferable experience as listed above
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 6pm
One in three Saturdays 8:45am to 4pm
Sales Negotiator Position Overview
Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market
Providing exemplary customer service
Building rapport and being a key client contact through the entire sales process.
Progressing Sales from start to finish
Further boosting business portfolios
Achieving/ exceeding KPI's
Being a key part of the team, with excellent communication
Showing clients around new properties
Negotiating the sale of properties
Operating from the office and local area
Liaising with customer both in person and over the phone
Reporting to the managers
