About the role:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This part-time position offers the unique opportunity to shape the educational journey of our youngest learners during their most formative years.
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. You will work closely with a dynamic team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality education tailored to each child’s needs.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a recognized teaching qualification.
• Experience in EYFS: Proven experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage is essential.
• Passion for Early Years Education: A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and Adaptability: A flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to create engaging and innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and Deliver Outstanding Lessons: Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a Love of Learning: Inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners, helping them develop a lifelong passion for learning.
• Support Individual Needs: Identify and support the individual needs of each child, ensuring every student can progress and achieve their potential.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate with Parents and Carers: Maintain open and positive communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and development.
