About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September 2024. This position has become available due to the retirement of a beloved staff member, and we are looking for someone who can continue their legacy of excellence in early years education.
As the EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for a lively class of 20 children, eager to embark on their learning journey. The small class size allows for a more personalized approach to teaching, enabling you to truly make a difference in each child’s early development. This role stands out for its focus on fostering a nurturing and creative learning environment where children can thrive.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons that meet the needs of all students in your class.
• Creating a stimulating classroom environment that supports and inspires a love of learning.
• Assessing and monitoring students’ progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Working closely with the SEN team to ensure all students receive the support they need.
