Sysco are recruiting for a  Sales Enablement Deployment Manager to join the European Commercial team on a full-time permanent basis who will lead and manage the transformation activity linked to Sales Enablement across Sysco Europe.

You’ll be reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement & Effectiveness for Sysco Europe and will be responsible for deploying and embedding, skills, capabilities and processes to our sales teams across, both field and phone in order to ensure they have the right tool set to deliver industry leading commercial results and above market growth levels.

This role will focus on delivering the Sales Enablement strategic plan across Europe by working in partnership with functional leaders and local SMEs across the Sysco Europe organisation to gather local insight and ensure the Sales Enablement strategies are deployed in line with the European strategy, including reviewing daily activities and working practices of all sales colleagues and their management teams, Contact Centre (Telesales) teams and organisations.

Although this role is homebased, we will require the successful candidate to be flexible with travel, as you’ll be required to spend time in different Sysco Europe businesses.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Own the deployment plan for turning the Sales Enablement strategy into executable actions across Sysco Europe. Providing regular and timely updates on workstreams, milestones and deliverables.
  • Support the development of the role and capability of contact centres/telesales to underpin the transition from Demand Management to Demand creation and establish the Contact Centre as a growth channel.
  • Support the deployment and ongoing leverage of technology solutions and simplified processes (Linked to standardisation of ERP and wider technology landscape and processes) that will maximise effectiveness and efficiency in frontline sales, sales management and Contact Centre teams.
  • Monitor performance, progress and provide regular updates on progress as well as inputting to continuous improvement plans.
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting knowledge and capability development at local levels.
  • Build a community of key contacts to support the creation of functional best practice sharing networks and continual improvement forums across Sysco Europe.
  • Support the design of training materials and work guides to enable and underpin deployment of new capabilities and changes to ways of working.
  • Play an active role in European process design and standardisation across all sales channels, phone, field and digital.
  • Enable local functional requirements as needed and support implementation.
  • Improve knowledge and understanding in local teams by providing visibility and continuous improvement through metrics, benchmarking, and best practice sharing.
  • Provide insight and support to help inform the development of tools and capabilities that enables smarter, faster sales processes.
  • Support driving momentum and commitment to sales enablement objectives and mobilise others to action.

About you:

You’ll have a Commercial and Contact Centre operational background with a proven track record of deploying transformational change programmes that deliver performance improvement, cultural change, and business results. An analytical thinker and technically minded individual with a logical and collaborative approach to problem solving and the ability to translate strategy to execution is essential. We’re looking for someone who has experience of managing and influencing through complex structures such as a matrix environment. You’ll thrive collaborating and influencing across complex organisations to deliver transformation programmes with a high attend to detail. Highly proficient use of MS Office is essential whilst Salesforce would be advantageous.
