Job Description:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing property sales transactions, building rapport with clients, and ensuring a seamless process from booking a listing appointment, conducting viewings and following sales through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out potential clients and conduct viewings, negotiations, and sales progression.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, to understand their needs and preferences.
Generate leads, arrange property valuations, and effectively market properties through various channels.
Manage property listings and ensure accuracy of information on multiple platforms.
Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements. Requirements:
1 years experience (min)  sales negotiation, preferably within the real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local property market in Brighton and Hove.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently. Benefits:
