The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sustainability Consultant to join our team on the vibrant South Coast. In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing Recorra’s cutting-edge recycling initiatives. You’ll be visiting sites around Sussex, sparking awareness and engaging with clients to improve recycling rates and turn more businesses into recycling champions

Responsibilities:
Deliver on the commitments of Recorra’s ‘Recycling and Sustainability Roadmaps’ for our clients
Carry out engagement activities such as Recycling Improvement Strategies, Awareness stands, Beach Cleans and tours of our facility
Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate and inspire individuals and groups on sustainable waste management practices
Collaborate internally to create engaging content to reach a wider audience and encourage participation
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive recycling initiatives
About you:
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences
Good organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
